One of the collaboration projects that I've helped out in TOL for ARC, which is to help with the redesign of their NFT models and my part in this project was to help out with the texturing of some of the clothings. The clothing modes were done by an outsourced freelance artist using Marvelous Designer but I did went in to make some adjustments or add additional details. I also did an assortment of accessories in Maya such as buttons, tags or straps that could be added to various clothing for enhanced flavor. As for some other details like creases or stitches, were added in Zbrush then baked to the model, before lastly texturing the clothings in Substance 3D Painter. But some details like furs were added lastly in the render scene file in Cinema 4D.
There were alot back and forth with the clients regarding the clothing designs/textures and so many of the clothings went through multiple iterations. Ultimately it was a fun and interesting project as I get to research and look at tons of clothing designs and style to get inspirations.
